Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over R2,000.00.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Returns must include original packaging and tags.

Returns Process

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please follow the Returns Process and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping
